Grief/Loss

Grief and loss issues can come up for people when they lose someone to death or separation, but can also be triggered during many other ages and stages of life. When your last child leaves for university you can experience adjustment difficulties and feelings of grief and loss of your role as a parent. When you are experiencing health or mid-life challenges, feelings of grief and loss will inevitably come up. We all need support navigating difficult beginnings and endings and life transitions. My approach is always warm and caring, validating and supportive. Sometimes we need to address negative thought patterns that are keeping you stuck, sometimes we need to identify painful core emotions or experiences that are not serving you well anymore. Together we will excavate the origins and make the connections to the hear and now.
